Ofrecer el servicio de intermediación: como quedan recogidos en los Términos y Condiciones de la Platafoma, LANGUAGE EXPERT es una plataforma de intermediación que conecta a estudiantes y profesores y ofrece una serie de servicios tanto a alumnos (y sus representantes legales si fueran menores de edad) como a los profesores que decidan participar en la Plataforma. Para poder ofrecerte dichos servicios LANGUAGE EXPERT necesita recoger tus datos.
Ofrecer productos y servicios: además de ofrecer el servicio de intermediación, LANGUAGE EXPERT puede hacer uso de los datos recogidos para ofrecerte otros productos y servicios relacionados con la Plataforma.
Enviar información relevante e informaciones comerciales: se utilizarán los datos de contacto para contactar contigo y enviarte información que pueda ser relevante, como noticias, novedades, cambios en el servicio, ofertas, etc. a través de los distintos canales a los que tengamos acceso: WhatsApp, teléfono, redes sociales, correo electrónico, etc.

2.3 Legitimate basis and mandatory nature

As an intermediary platform, LANGUAGE EXPERT needs to provide identification and contact details between Students and Teachers so that they can contact each other.

If you are a Student, your contact details will be passed on to the Teacher so that they can contact you and vice versa. Platform Users may not disclose personal data or contact details of other Users to third parties.

3. Conversaciones telemáticas o telefónicas

Al establecer contacto telemático o telefónico contigo, podemos recoger los datos personales que nos quieras facilitar.

To offer other products and services: in addition to offering the intermediation service, LANGUAGE EXPERT may use the data collected to offer you other products and services related to the Platform.
Sending relevant information and commercial information: your contact details will be used to contact you and send you information that may be relevant, such as news, updates, changes to the service, offers, etc. through the various channels to which we have access: WhatsApp, telephone, social media, email, etc.

RECEIPT OF COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

To send commercial information by electronic means, we use the data you include in the Forms or that you have provided us with through any electronic or telephone means.

Purpose of data processing

We process data to send publications of interest and commercial communications. These communications will not, under any circumstances, violate your rights to data privacy or privacy, and will not be intrusive in terms of frequency.

If you do not wish to receive this type of communication, you can refuse to give your consent and/or withdraw it at any time by sending us an email to info@languageexpert.eu or by any other means, indicating your wish to stop receiving such communications. In the event that the sending of commercial communications is based on your consent, we will keep the information for as long as you are registered on our distribution list for this type of information and, once you unsubscribe, it will be kept blocked for the legal periods provided for in order to meet any liabilities.

LANGUAGE EXPERT has or may have profiles on the main social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitch, and YouTube.

- All your personal data will be processed and stored to the extent strictly necessary to comply with the law or for the purposes we have described to you.
